It is a 2-floor hotel with hot spring for the guests to enjoy. Though the staff speak little English, but they try their best to communicate. I enjoy most the food they offer. The package includes breakfast and dinner. To my surprise, the dinner is a 5-course french cuisine with coffee at the end. The quality is high not only the food but service. The breakfast is mixed with French and Japanese style. Main course is french and served, and the Japanese food and drink is in buffet style.
I learnt that some people may find the location is not very convenient. However, the hotel provides shuttle bus service to and from the train station. Kindly make reservation in advance and the transport is well managed. If you love a relaxing and quiet holiday in Karuiazawa, this hotel is a good choice.

ちょっと厳しめです。
ロケーションはクルマが無いとちょっと不便なんですがこれは承知の上でした。
残念だったのは部屋です。壁紙の剥がれ、トイレ扉の傷み、クローゼット扉が外されていたこと、テレビの不調など問題がありました。もう少しメンテナンスに気を使ってくれたら嬉しいいです。
スタッフは親切でした。
勝手なことを言ってすみません。

#negative #I was disappointed with the Value for Money, Nearby Shops, Hotel Smell, Bed Comfort Level; 携程在推荐酒店时为何不告知这家酒店晚餐要到店前预定，如不预定不能提供。周边黑漆漆的没有任何可以吃饭的地方。有免费接送车也完全是胡说八道！超过5:00没车，早上去车站也要预定，车满了也没车。这真是**服务。早餐也是西式日式不清。简直了乱七八糟。希望携程尊重事实，对过度宣传承担责任……赔偿损失

フレンチの朝夕食は、予約の時より了解していましたが
お味が少し塩味が強かったような気がします。
スタッフの方はメニユーについてきちんと説明して下さり対応は期待通りでした。
大浴場の脱衣所が狭く22時以降の浴室は、棚籠を置くにも人と交わるようなことになり快適とは言えないもので残念でした。
ラウンジは、サービスドリンクの種類も有りゆっくり過ごすことが出来

口コミをみて宿泊を決めました。中軽井沢まで予定時間前に送迎バスが迎えに来ていただきました。ホテルは...空間の割に貧相というか照明にむらがある感じでした。フロントの対応は丁寧でした。ラウンジのドリンク、スナックサービスはセルフで。白赤ワインがデカンタで冷やされてましたが味は無味、。スナックの補充もない感じでした。部屋の清掃はきっちりなされてます。古い建物をうまく利用している。トイレのスリッパはボロボロなのはさすがに代えてもいいのでは。掛け布団が一枚で室内を暖房で温めていないと真冬は風邪をひくかも。お風呂のお湯加減は良かったです。アメニティに期待しすぎました。歯ブラシ、かみそり、等はフロント横から。ヘアキャップはお風呂の脱衣所に備えてありました。クレンジング、化粧水等も脱衣所にあります。別の宿泊の方が間違って自分のバスタオルを手に取られたのかお風呂から上がった際バスタオルが少し濡れてました。備え付けのタオルが人数分しかないので 替えがあればいいと思いました。朝食はとても質素です。サラダ、ヨーグルト、ポーチドエッグ、パン２つ、がテーブルにセットされ、スープ、ハム、ジュース、コーヒー等はセルフです。せっかく軽井沢に来たのでご当地の食材を頂きたかった、。スタッフひとりひとりは献身的ですがホテルのインフラがそれに見合っていないホテルです。
