It's a little strict. The location is a little inconvenient if you don't have a car, but I was aware of this. What was disappointing was the room. There were problems such as peeling wallpaper, damage to the toilet door, a closet door that had been removed, and a malfunctioning TV. I wish they would pay a little more attention to maintenance. The staff were helpful. Sorry for saying something selfish.

If you don't make a reservation, it won't be provided. The surrounding area was pitch black and there was no place to eat. Free shuttle bus is also complete nonsense! There are no buses after 5:00. You have to make a reservation when you go to the station in the morning. If the bus is full, there are no buses. This is really **service. Breakfast is also Western and Japanese style. It's a complete mess. I hope Ctrip will respect the facts, take responsibility for excessive publicity... and compensate for losses.

I was aware of French food for breakfast and dinner when I made the reservation, but I felt that the food was a little too salty for my liking. The staff explained the menu clearly and were as welcoming as I expected. The changing room in the large communal bath was small, and after 10pm, even placing a shelf basket meant you had to interact with other people, which was disappointing. The lounge had a variety of complimentary drinks so I was able to relax and the staff were very friendly.

I decided to stay here after reading reviews. A shuttle bus came to pick me up at Nakakaruizawa before the scheduled time. The hotel was... shabby considering the space, and the lighting was uneven. The front desk was polite. Drinks and snacks in the lounge are self-service. White and red wine were chilled in a carafe, but they were tasteless. Snacks were not replenished. The rooms are well-cleaned. They make good use of the old building. The slippers in the bathroom are worn out, but they could be replaced. If you have only one blanket and the room is not heated, you may catch a cold in the middle of winter. The bath water temperature was good. I expected too much from the amenities. Toothbrushes, razors, etc. are available next to the front desk. Hair caps are available in the bathroom dressing room. Cleansing, lotion, etc. are also available in the dressing room. Another guest accidentally took my bath towel, so when I got out of the bath, my bath towel was a little wet. There were only enough towels for everyone, so I thought it would be nice if they had a spare one. The breakfast was very simple. Salad, yogurt, poached eggs, and two pieces of bread are set on the table, and soup, ham, juice, coffee, etc. are self-service. Since I came all the way to Karuizawa, I wanted to try some local ingredients. Each staff member is dedicated, but the hotel's infrastructure does not match their dedication.

The hotel is very clean, but there is no elevator. Breakfast and dinner are also satisfactory.

This is a wonderful hotel with a very beautiful chapel and a spacious parking lot. The lobby is also nice. There was also billiards.
