Room is clean, spacious and quiet.
Hotel staff is super helpful, we arrive at 12 and they let us to have early check-in.
Location is a bit far from station, but we rent the hotel bike to and from sightseeing locations, so that’s ok.
At the last day, hotel staff drove us to train station as well. Very helpful and friendly.

The room is spacious for three with free parking. It takes around 4 minutes if u drive to the outlet. However, there’s no lift. Luckily, we were arranged on the ground floor.
The view is nice with blossoms outside.

It’s a bit isolated to be honest. But given that it is relatively cheaper, if you are OK to manage yourself, the hotel does serve well with its clean and simple style.

It’s a value for money choice for a clean and modern hotel with spacious room, which is difficult to find at Karuizawa. Additional amenities and services such as bicycles rental and washing machines are offered at a very reasonable price. I would recommend anyone staying there.
