Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice lounge with a real fireplace. The amenities provided in self-help buffet style are plentiful and freely available. The bathroom has a nice, big bathtub that is wonderful for a hot, relaxing bath at the end day traveling.

The room was spacious. Only 5 mins walk from Karuizawa station. There was a shuttle bus going from station to ski resort. It was very convenient. Breakfast in basket was interesting and food was good. I would recommend people to stay in this hotel. Good choice.

Convenient location (about 5 min walk from the station), big room size, generally clean but not much facilities

Very convenience location with few minutes walking distance to the Eki and shopping center. Free parking space. Room was a bit small. Also only served room service breakfasts (not taken in the restaurant) at the days of our stay, not much enjoyable having breakfasts in the relatively small room without any attractive view.

Although our hotel is in a very good location, about 3 minutes on foot from the station, it faces a residential area, so there is a high possibility that we cannot provide the view you want.thank you for understanding.

About 5 to 8 mins from JR station. Opposite to a convenient shop with a supermarket. The room is clean and large enough for us to open 2 luggages at the same time and the staff is very nice to answer our questions at all. Having free coffee provided by hotel every night. Forward to visit there again in the future.

BERAKFAST IS NOT GOOD. BREAKFAST IS ROOM SERVICE, NOT OUTSIDE.
