Beautiful snowy view and building, exquisite room, tasty food, satisfactory hot spring and awesome services. We love it, looking forward to visit it again.

地點有點偏僻，相對浸溫泉的人不是太多， 10分舒適，但酒店很有特色，很有傳統溫泉感覺，而且酒店職員10分友善，當我走到前台時，職員亦馬上替我們服務👍

溫泉很棒 可以24小時分男女湯 想泡就泡
也可以預約露天風呂 一家人或情侶一起泡
可惜交通比較不方便 不是自己開車的話
前往市區或周邊景點需等公車

The outdoor private onsen is amazing. Staff with limited English but willing to help. The booking system for the private onsen is based on first come first serve, no reservation ahead so you have to keep calling front desk to check for availability....that needs to be changed. Other than that, I'd recommend it to those who enjoy traditional Japanese Ryokan.

溫泉旅館在雪山上，我們從輕井澤銀座坐的士只需2500日元，看了其他評論說比較老舊 也有點擔憂，但於抵達後發現並非如此我們有非常好的體驗，貸切風呂風光非常好👍🏻 而且房間有露台可以直接看到雪山，我們住的是和洋室 很新。
