This second time in this hospitable hotel. While a short distance away from the Karuizawa station, it is quite well located to nearby old town and buses to a number of places of interests.
The hotel seems like a boutique hotel. Its decoration has not changed since 2023. The dinning room is redecorated with more seats. It is more like a cozy lounge. At the reception area, one can find an assortment of tea bags with some special infusions. Of course coffee is there as well.

The hotel room and facilities are very new and nice !
Hotel staff are very nice and friendly
The location is walkable from JR station ( 15mins) ,however not convenient if with luggage.
Transportation is comparatively not so convenient , either by taxi and on foot.

This hotel is definitely worth the price. They offer complimentary beverages and snacks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious too!

Loved our stay! Friendly service, compact and stylish room with everything you need. Small details that make everything better, from the bath salt offerings to free drinks and snacks at night. Oh, not forgetting the in house bicycles for guests to use.

A very cozy hotel, around 10-minute walk to Karuizawa station. All amenities provided. The Spanish restaurant is👍. Both breakfast and dinner are😋😋.There is a happy hour with free drinks and snacks every night👍👍👍. The staffs are helpful and friendly. It will be perfect if the lighting of room can be a brighter.

Last year I was staying at the Prince hotel at Karuizawa for a wedding party! This time we spent just one night mainly for outlet shopping! We were surprised and excited when we started to enjoy the free dinner 8 course of Spanish cuisine! Every dish was so good, taste, yummy and delicious! Not only that right after dinner there was a free flow drink in the other section with all kinds of wine and Japanese whiskey too! We were more than satisfied and happy to stay in your hotel! For sure in my next visit I would stay at your hotel again

Excellent stay all round.
-parking on site and readily available
- good breakfast with lots of different options
- fun and free drinks and snacks hour from 2115 to 2230 every night. Includes self serve alcoholic drinks, ice cream, popcorn etc
- clean rooms with excellent amenities and free toothbrushes, razors, face towels, bath salts etc.
- smart room layout despite usual japanese small size
- free bike hire which we made use of every day
- excellent customer service. Very friendly, patient and helpful
Would 100% recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.
