3-Star Hotels in Kas

We stayed at the Aqua Princess for two nights as part of a road trip along the south coast of Turkey. We had a double room overlooking the beautiful bay, and our daughters had a triple room opposite us at the back of the hotel. Our room had a balcony and it was very pleasant to sit out watching the boats to go by. Both rooms were perfectly comfortable, but the decor was perhaps a little tired. The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Kas and you can walk into the centre in under 10 minutes. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, so it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. We had a great day out sea kayaking from nearby Kakakoy; there are a lot of tour companies in Kas to arrange this through. The hotel pool is small, but has a lovely view, so a great place to sit after a busy day of sea kayaking!

The lovely pension is located on a hill about a ten minute walk to the marina. My room had a balcony overlooking the city and sea. Room was comfortable, a/c, clean and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, from home made dishes and preserves to the customary: Egg, olives, tea, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and bread. The hotel has a lovely roof top terrace and off the terrace is kitchen where guests can store and prepare meals. But the best part of my stay was the lovely, helpful, generous with their time, vehicle and scooter, staff. I was taken by van to the bus stop and driven down the hill by scooter to the marina. I will hopefully be back. Highly recommend.

Location is really good, 2 mins walk into town. Kas is lovely. Take a boat trip to Kekova and other places for around 15TL Inc lunch. We arrived 2 hrs before check in time and we were warmly greeted. Covid checks completed and into our room earlier than the time set. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and functional. Having stayed in hotels for the previous 2 weeks it was ni e to do our own tapas and a little cooking. The 2 balconies were spacious. The only downer for us was the no wifi or very poor wifi for the 4 nights we were there. We needed to use it at times and had to go to other places to use their wifi. Also be careful with the hot water, it is near to boiling. Overall an ok experience.

It is suitable for traveling with children, and it is suitable for a family of three or four. Self-driving is also good for parking. There are banks and supermarkets at the door, and the kitchen is convenient for cooking. It only takes five minutes to walk to the pier. Very satisfied!

Excellent service for price, me and my wife stayed many bungalows but we didn’t see like this high quality bungalow. This place deserves more than five star. First we stay June 2021 after a year we want to stay same places again and absolutely great choices. Restaurant delicious and has a beautiful breakfast service. Management and Staff are super friendly and attentive. You can rest in pool with Olive Garden, they have magnificent sea views. We already decided to stay 2023 too.

I recommend this place very much. We came for 3 nights and stayed here 20 days). Very comfortanle location, 5 minutes to the sea, to the center, to the bus station. Ali is very helpful and interesting person. He helped us with car rent, he recommended the places to visit around. Thank you, friend, a lot!! And Kas is very convinient to make short tours around. as for the place. Our apartment is good price /place combination, our room was 401 and we had sea view everyday from our window ) as well there is a very cosy terrasse with seaview near apartment. There is everything at kitchen if you need to cook. If it's cold you have airconditioner. Meanwhile we were in December there was only 1 day a heavy rain and other days the weather was wonderful. But even this day we felt as at home at Ali's place. Apartments consist of 4 different hotels/apartments: Kaputas, Luna, Elea and Yoga house. They are all comfortable and in one place. there is also a big common terrasse where you could have breakfast as well use it by yourself. And one more !! there is a nice swimming pool with amasing sea view!! It's clean, beautiful and friendly (pets and children friendly as well by the way!) I write it not for a promotion, but beause I really loved this place :) And we really did not want to leave this nice place and next time when I'll go Turkey, I'll come to this nice city Kas and to Luna apartments.

Linda Beach Hotel Kas for both its location and great breakfast; It is among the best alternatives with its excellent cleaning, besides the very kind business owners and employees. We are leaving very happy. We are here again next year👍 I would like to add that you will wake up to a wonderful view especially in the rooms facing the sea 🤩

I went there after the New Year because winter is the off-season, and one night is less than 100. It is the king of price-performance ratio. It is a complete apartment, two bedrooms and one living room, furniture, electrical appliances and kitchenware. You can park around the apartment. We parked in the open space downstairs in the apartment next door. The parking in Turkey is very convenient. Just find an open space without affecting the traffic. The pictures on the Internet are all real shots. The apartment is very cute. We cook our own meals at night. The boss is very kind. What's wrong with living on the top floor. Make a call and immediately solve it Look at other small towns and compare Kas is a very popular town in Europe. Many Turkish natives come here every month or even every week. There is no breakfast and the location is not on the seaside. But the town is not big. Walk to the seaside for ten minutes. And there are supermarkets everywhere, it’s very convenient to buy food and eat

I stayed in different places (both hotels and apartments) while my long trip in Kas and found everything I was looking for at Yenier: central and quiet location, bedroom with a comfortable bed + living room and a well-equipped kitchen, cleaning service included to the price, perfect wi-fi (I couldn’t find it in other places in Kas) and a great team especially Ali Can who creates a pleasant atmosphere and is ready to help and provide with all the information needed during the trip. My friend joined me few days later, he also was satisfied with his apartment and a sea view terrace. I have found the best place in Kas for me and plan to go back to Yenier next year.
