前台小姐姐服務周到細心，還幫我們免費升房了！酒店環境乾淨衞生，雖然在馬路邊1但是不覺得吵。樓下也有洗衣房，換洗衣服很方便。酒店早餐很好吃，種類豐富。總體來説性價比很高，非常推薦。

整體還是很不錯的。距離古城也很近。酒店內的服務也挺熱情的。跟前台多要水也會多給。房間也蠻大的。 它家洗衣房洗衣和烘干的都不少台。很不錯的酒店性價比高。

這是個假的桔子，華住會都搜不到，拖鞋就是100塊酒店的標準，如果是真桔子不可能是這個標準，這個標準華住早倒閉了，前台就一個人，浴室的門是反的，關不嚴，洗個澡直接就流到馬桶邊了，400多塊的酒店，後來想想本來我就也忍了，我也懶得去評論這些。但是，最讓人氣憤的是我本來定的兩天的中途退了去隔壁全季，他們把我的訊息泄露給全季，全季前台直接問我是不是從桔子過來的，太可怕了，我當時差點想報警，第一次去新疆，我這是跑回來了才敢點評。不知道攜程是怎麼審核的，攜程客服跟我説他們和酒店核實是華住的，但是華住會是搜不到，簡直就是欺騙消費者。
