Tianyuan Business Hotel (Kashgar Ancient City) Reviews

The location is just outside one of the Ancient City entrance. My day tour pick up point is at the hotel. There is a 24hrs beef noodle just below the hotel which is not bad.

Convenient location, massive room, I loved it.

Fantastic location just few minutes away from old town. Very helpful reception have us a nice map of Kashgar using which we could easily find all the interesting spots. Parking was a little confusing, as the security didnt let us in from main road and we had to make a large loop around the block to enter from the side street. Parking is however free of charge and once you find entrance you can park directly in front of the hotel actually - very convenient. There are few small stores at the GF, including one with some %% , which is also very convenient as those are not so easy to find.

The staff were all helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean & comfortable. Good location across from the entrance to the old town. Recommended.

Got back to Kashgar after traveling around in the region …I really enjoyed it! And always nice if a familiar hotel and staff are there ready to help you settle comfortably… I stayed in this hotel before. Friendly helpful staff! And a great location right next to the peoples square with a statue of chairman Mao overlooking looking the peoples square and park.. A short and pleasant walking distance to the old town and other attractions.. easy to get taxis and public transport. A big warm hug 🤗 to all the staff for their help and friendliness… big smiles and happy faces… and costumer care!

The hotel is a bit in his hay days when it comes to the interior. The location is perfect situated next to old town. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant next to the hotel. Although tasty I would prefer more options.

Clean and tidy, Xiao Deng at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the overall cost performance is very high.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a good location. The ancient city is just across the road, and next to it are the People's Square and People's Park. The front desk customer service also took the initiative to upgrade the room. The service was thoughtful and considerate. The hotel staff took the initiative to greet me, and the bath water was very good.

The business is so conscientious, I have to give it a very good review. I booked a deluxe single room, but it was sold out, so I upgraded it to a deluxe suite for free. The sanitary environment is super good, and you can see the panoramic view of the ancient city of Kashgar from the window. I am so satisfied.

It is located on the main road in the city center, very convenient to get in and out, very close to the ancient city, the room is very clean. The front desk service is also very good. The overall living environment is quiet and comfortable.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and grand! Especially equipped with three types of pillows: low, medium and high! Next to it is the ancient city, People's Square and the stone statue of Chairman Mao built in the 1960s with very reasonable feng shui. There are also many vegetables for breakfast. The security protection is also good!

The room is quite big, quiet and clean. It is close to the ancient city and next to the People's Park. When we arrived, some flowers in the park were in full bloom.

The room is clean, the service attitude is good, patient and meticulous, and the smiles make people feel the warmth of home. I will bring more friends to Kashgar in the future to stay at Tianyuan Business Hotel.

We are a tourist. The front desk was very friendly and helped us upgrade the room type. The room was also very quiet. The location overlooks the ancient city of Kashgar.
