酒店管理不規範！我們摩旅新疆選擇了這一家酒店！騎了一天車晚上到酒店停車場，換了四個停車位置！每一次停好過一會他們保安就説不行！每一次也是他們安排的！停好又不行！酒店老舊！早餐實在是差的很！預訂的房間下午4點才退房，1點多他們就開始打電話催促，用一下修理推車還囉裏八嗦的，

前枱主動熱情笑容燦爛，主動升級房間至高樓層，房間亦是乾淨衞生整潔，房務部的阿姨也很認真很辛苦，如果前枱與房務阿姨資訊上橫向傳遞溝通能更加有效知道，同意房內客人最晚離開的時間點，也不打擾客人被允許離開前的安靜休息，就更完美了。另外每天都有送歡迎水果，令人非常感動，忘了小姐姐的芳名，無從表揚及感謝，不好意思🙈。很好的住宿體驗。

喀什提前進入旅遊旺季，酒店客滿，以當地的接待能力來看，性價比算好，熙熙攘攘 旅遊的感覺充分熱鬧，酒店算大 房間衞生也可以。有進步空間，比如服務員的普通話水平 早餐質量，還可以再提升。
