The hotel is located in walking distance to the railway station which is convenient. Plenty of eateries and shopping places nearby. The room was neat and compact , enough for a short stay.

Although the hotel is located in a small city in Chiba Prefecture, it takes 40 minutes to get to Tokyo Station by JR Express, so if you are looking for cost-effectiveness, you can stay here when traveling to Tokyo. The hotel is relatively new, with the standard decoration of Sotetsu Fresa Inn, which is a typical Japanese business hotel decoration. The rooms are relatively small, but the facilities are complete. As for the facilities, the only drawback is that the ventilation fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off. When you close the bathroom door at night when you sleep, you can still hear some ventilation fan noise. The same is true for another Sotetsu Fresa Inn chain hotel you stayed in. The hotel's breakfast is not bad, with enough variety.

Very nice. The place is small. The 28-inch suitcase can still be opened. Hahahaha. The main thing is that it is very clean. The sound insulation is also very good (not excluding the neighbors next door who are of good quality). It is super close to the station. Nice.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn is about 3 minutes away (walking distance) from the train station. It’s a busy place as there’s plenty of shops nearby so expect a lot of people around when you’re trying to lug around your luggage to the hotel. Amenities are given at the lobby, although personally speaking they lack options (it’s not that bad trust me. Basic amenities are given :)) Their services are great as well. All in all, I like the hotel and I think it’s a great option for a short stay
