However, the front desk of check-in was unfriendly and uncomfortable. If I wanted breakfast, I was told that I would not recommend it very much because it was crowded with group guests, and I was told that I didn't know when I could sit relatively. The next morning, when I go to the restaurant, group guests will come from 7:30, so I can sit in a tatami room, but the table seats are full. I canceled because I can only sit in a chair because I have artificial joint surgery. There was no restaurant nearby to have breakfast. It was an attitude that made me think that I didn't tell you when the front desk was available at check-in, why I knew when I would use the zashiki, and why I didn't want individual guests to stay. I felt very unpleasant. I don't want to use it again. I don't recommend it to acquaintances.

If you dare to say that, because the construction years have passed (perhaps during the bubble period?), it should have been gorgeous, but it feels old. The glass dining room and the bath window blow the gap wind. This time, there were few guests in winter, so the car was stopped in front of the entrance, but in the usual period, we had to stop the car in the parking lot under the cliff and climb a little slope. Overall, it is a good hotel with a great satisfaction Cospa. Recommended.

The staff are all elderly people, but they are very kind. Sometimes they can't speak the language, but they are very patient. The breakfast was great. There was a hotel entrance as soon as I passed the store in Nagaoka Station. (The lobby is the same 3 floor as the ticket gate) Breakfast was to be taken at a designated cafe rather than a hotel restaurant. It was 7300 yen per night (with breakfast), but there was a feeling of price considering that the breakfast fee was equivalent to 900 ～ 1000 yen.

The room is a little small but functionally comfortable to use. It's close to Nagaoka station, so transportation is perfect.
