When we responded that we did not want the change and that we wanted our room reserved for THREE months, they told us that it was impossible. They asked us the favor of accepting two nights in the proposed hotel, which is this one, and then they would make the change, WHICH NEVER ARRIVED, so our situation in ZANZIBAR has been to waste two days looking for wifi like obsessives to manage, cancel activities, pay for some Exorbitant prices due to the short notice (which was not our fault), little understanding and selfishness on the part of this hotel.... As for the location, you have to walk quite a bit to get to the beach, at night the noise of the parties It is heard at an exaggerated volume inside the rooms, they are under construction so there is noise from very early on, it does not have a pool (which was one of our initial requirements in the other hotel)... THE owner certainly did not know manage the situation and your empathy and professional competence is null. A HORRIBLE experience.
