Séjour horrible!!! En arrivant ils nous ont demandés de régler la somme de 50 euros pour accéder à la chambre car on est arrivés avant 14h. Les excursions une vraie arnaque… Le jour d’une excursion il y’avait une pluie torrentielle donc toutes les activités prévues ont été annulées.. J’ai payé 130 dollars et je n’ai eu aucun dédommagement ni geste de la part du représentant Carrefour M.Ali. Prix excessif et mauvaise volonté. Ils sont de mauvaises foi et ne pense qu’à te sucer ton argent. Ils ne pensent qu’à nous faire payer tout et n’importe excessivement. Du vol et une vraie arnaque. La serviette de bain était tachée alors ils m’ont demandées de payer 25 dollars. Mes vacances étaient un vrai cauchemar. Ça ne vaut pas du tout le coup. À fuir! J’ai juste envie de partir. Saison de pluie. Pluie presque les jours … Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Moi qui pensait vivre une belle aventure! C’est un désastre!

Bad experience from day 1 Spent an aweful lot of money. PAID FOR 4 Star got 2 Star facilities, food and location / accommodation. DIRTY AND POOR maintained resort, including entertainment area, games rooms. Little or no hot water to shower. Hated the place. Overrated and Overpriced. Had to pay extra than quoted for levy also. BAD.. BAD .. BAD DONT GO THERE!

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Especially Baraka, Hawa and Awhadi. Rooms were great with a nice comfy king size bed and the view of the reef, water and boma was awesome. Had a great time. Although the food was lovely and delicious I would suggest maybe adding a bit more variety to the menu offering on maybe alternating days.

Staff, accomodation and amenities are great but buffet was very disappointing...same bland breakfast for 8 days is really unpalatable. The general manager attended hand and foot to the owner who was visiting from Dubai and ignored the guests..

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The house keeping staff is very professional and caring. It's a place I recommend those going to Zanzibar to stay. I enjoyed the swimming pool as it had warm water. Very beautiful place.

Beautiful relaxing holiday. Definitely worth a stay if you want to be away from the crowds. Resort is clean and staff are very friendly and always helpful. Not a swimming beach, but pool is awesome. If you can, do the all inclusive as small water is $1. Small glass pineapple juice $3.....(also check all that the travel agent tells you....get everything in writing). Enjoy your holiday....

Very clean hotel and competitive price if you book in advance. €549 for a week with half board Huge room and bathroom - TV ok Clean swimming pool very beautiful location, the sea far away in the morning but at the edge of the hotel around 3 p.m. We had an idyllic stay because we love tranquility and walk collecting shellfish. Food is ok. Nothing to say, we enjoyed it and the hostess, a very small young woman, is adorable. do not hesitate
