The rooms where soo dirty and smelly and no one was available at the front desk…. Plus the bed sheets where not even changed

Looking at the pic i booked this hotel thinking it would be good one as rate was high. But to my surprise it was really bad. First of all room was smelly. Then was no ventilation. Toilet was not so clean and not hand wash in toilet. I had to shower literally with a jug. I would have given negative star if option was available.

Pathetic, dirty and unhygienic place, even if they give you money for staying there, don’t stay. It’s that bad, they will extort money if you go there with booking, lights keep going there is no power backup, full of spiders and mosquitoes

Pathetic service in Green Valley Hotel Kasol they use their staff for two months and through them out without any reason. On joining they don't even provide a joining letter. Don't have professional attitude, don't have respect for manager or guest. Please check the reviews before you go for your trip in Green Valley or want to join as a staff.
