The rooms definitely need renovation, but the staff, the natural environment and their beautiful and quieter pool wins you over. They were all very kind and helpful, even the lifeguards at the Aqua Park. The food is very good, a wide variety. Even though it was full season, their services were almost always OK and there was organization. It has a movement in general, but electric vehicles that serve come and go all the time. It is generally recommended for families with children, because it combines everything. The sea is amazing! The only somewhat negative thing is the many steps you have to take to get to the beach for swimming. I would definitely go again!

We stayed for 6 nights in July 2022 with our 6 years old son. The room is just ok. The staff is very polite and helpful. The buffet was plentiful. The aqua park services was great for the kids. The wifi had a very poor reception. Highly recommended!!!!

Great location, big territory, you can walk for a long time inside. Good room service, especially big thank to Jevgenija. Very kind staff, especially Nadja. 💓🙏 A lot of facilities - archery trainers were the best! Great food with a lot of choices for each one. Only one minus has been found - we were surprised by people smoking in restaurants ))). It was wonderful vacation in our beloved Greece. Thank you so much👌🌊

Value for money non-existent! No quality food drink even in the cafe. As guests of Ilia Palms, we had across from us the building that housed the staff, it was in a SAD SITUATION, abandoned. The polite staff won us over but the behavior of the superiors was unacceptable towards them. It is not worth such a sum of money for this hotel and its facilities.

Food is very good. This foto is in Grecotel Oasis restaurant when i take breakfast( dinner). I stayed at the Grecotel Ilia Palms, but I served the meal in the restaurant of the Grecotel Oasis Hotel, where the beach is also. I will also attach some photos of the Grecotel Ilia Palms Hotel, which did not live up to expectations. The staff is a 10. He took us from the hotel with a golf cart to get to the restaurant. 10 minutes on foot.All the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.

Simply wonderful in combination with the Olympia oasis .. A wonderful area with its hotels inside... with its own small buses that take you around everywhere... A city of their own... in the green. The best I've seen...

We visited the grecotel at the beginning of August, first time in this resort. We booked an all inclusive package, everything was fantastic, the room at Ilia Palms, the staff was very kind and always with a smile, Penelope at the reception of Ilia Palms was very helpful in informing us about what we needed. At the oasis where we went for breakfast and meals, everything was wonderful, the staff was also amazing and kind, Xenia who was the receptionist at the season's is an amazing girl always smiling. Mr. Dimitris and Mr. Christos, the two gentlemen who are the drivers of the transfer train from one point of the hotel to another, to say the least, they were excellent.
