Grecotel Olympia Oasis & Aqua Park

Great accomodation! The hotel is really clean,the service is amazing and fast! The buffet had a big variety of tastes! Really close to the beach and the water park is big with lots of activities! Also my kids were amazed with the grecoland team! Lots of activities to do when we weren't at the pool..also the disco party for kids was amazing..the team had a lot of energy and really entertained kids and grownups as well! Keep it that way! 😄

Fourth time visited oasis. This time for easter festive. Once again unforgettable experience for both our kids as well as ourselves. People of hotel organized everything related to season perfectly and in detail. Our kid’s demand to visit again and again the place due to their enthusiasm fills us with great pleasure. Thank you so much people of Oasis Grecotel for these memories!!!

Had a lovely time here, we stayed in one of the villas so had direct access to the beach, the food was lovely and the pool space had something for everyone , the only things I feel could be improved are, in the villa beach bed we had no service on the beach, the regular beds opposite the beach were getting service but us having our own allocated bed had no service and that was really disappointing, also nightlife was very quiet and ended around 11.30pm -12.

Booked a holiday here for my family (wife + 2 children aged 1 and 2). Got off to a very bad start with the transfer which I booked with the hotel as despite requesting car seats, the car that was sent turned up with no car seats. The driver said to just put the children on our laps as it was 'only a 30min drive.' I phoned the hotel and they said the safe thing which was shocking as this is obviously both dangerous and illegal. After I refused to do this, we had to wait for over an hour for car seats to be delivered which was very annoying at the end of a long day travelling. Understandably i was very unhappy and complained about this, however quite unbelievably, we had the same issue on the way back. When we got to Zakynthos port the car had no child seats. We had to wait 45 minutes at the port for child seats to be brought. An absolute joke after the hotel ensured that we wouldn’t have this issue on the way back. The carts are dangerously driven too fast and resort is very inaccessible for a push chair otherwise. We had to tell the drivers to slow down every time as we had children on our laps and there were no seat belts or sides to the cart Overall the hotel is very mis-sold, as evidenced below- Website states ‘open-air playgrounds’ but there aren’t any Grecoland was incredibly disappointing and is definitely mis-sold. Firstly it is not a ‘land’ it is a single room. There are almost zero toys for young children and whenever we visited the only activity seemed to be painting (besides the bouncy castle which in all fairness is good however there is a limit to how long a child will be entertained by this). The schedule is misleading as when we visited it always looked the same, not sure what made each activity unique. The treasure hunt was very poorly done. It is closed one day of the week and we found that it was also randomly closed at other points also. A very poor kids club and not at all how it is portrayed in your advertising. Terrible. The aqua park was only open 12:00-16:00. There are no details of this whatsoever on the website. The pool bar wasn’t open, again no details or mention of this. Bars/ snack counters don’t open til 11, so if you have breakfast at 7 for example, you then have 3/4 hours with nothing open which is annoying when booking all inclusive Website states under the family section that ‘early sittings are just some ways we make sure that everyone enjoys their holidays’ are there but no restaurant opens before 19:00 Also states from 11:00 to 17:00 mini buffet is available at Grecoland for kids but this is not the case Only a small fraction of restaurants are available for LuXme all inclusive and opening times differ significantly to website information. Hot stone was closed but there are no details on the website about this The taverna is one of only 2 restaurants open for lunch yet it has a very small menu consisting of about 4 dishes. 30 + minute wait for club sandwich at Veranda ba
