I am very pleased to see that the garden restaurant in the hotel has excellent personnel, always very polite, smiling and helpful. Especially Miss Sashika has always a fantastic smile and this makes the big difference of the adorable Nepali people

It was my first time at the Baoxan restaurant in this hotel, but it will definetly not be the last. Food was great, but the service provided was just perfect. The whole staff looked spotless and their kindness and knowledge about their products had no match.

Very good property. Good rooms. Good food. Very clean. ****** however is dirty. Entry fee is a barrier.Salon service should be cheaper. Spa is also very expensive.Staff is good and cooperative. Breakfast is lavish and good taste. Overall good property.

Soaltee Kathmandu was excellent in every way. The breakfast spread was the best 👌. Made for a very good experience. BUT The ****** at Soaltee was a big let down. Didn't expect a hotel of such high repute to have a ****** with cheap ambience with poor & discourteous service plus(it was like a dance bar). People need to really think twice before visiting the Soaltee ******!!!!

We went to the Indian restaurant and the food and service was outstanding , a special shout out to Ashmit and Janak was very friendly and helpful for us. The food we got was an excellent, butter chicken and Naan, we loved the experience and would highly recommend taking some time out and going to eat there.

Came back to try a different food choice at Kakori restaurant. Special mentions Ashmit, Manoj and Janat as usual went beyond expectations. Both of them care so much for their guests and I believe someday soon become managers in their respective Hotel/Restaurants. I wish them all the very best for their future. They are very hard working and genuine. I REQUEST THE MANAGER READING THIS TO APPRECIATE THEM WITH PROMOTION OR A SALARY HIKE. My stay was from 13th Mar to 14th Mar, 2024

Excelente hotel em Kathmandu, recepção eficiente, quarto super confortável, banheiro com todas as comodidades. Restaurante e café da manhã fantásticos, grande estrutura de academia. Bares na parte interna e externa com excelente atendimento. Fomos recebidos pela funcionária Sashika, simpática e muito atenciosa.

We loved the hospitality. Ashmit, Hari and Janak were very helpful. The food was amazing, u need to try the daal Bukhara. Mahesh Gupta the chef has magic in his hands. Welcomed by a tika and going out with good relations. A wonderful night spent.
