Best hotel stay and the boss is very friendly. Clean room and 24/7 hot shower plus breakfast . Convivent and quiet but accessible to the town within 2 minutes walk for food and cafe. Worth staying and should give it a experience which you will never forget.

We loved our time at Hotel Mum’s Home! Our room was clean and comfortable. The food was also very delicious. Most importantly, everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we arrived on time for our Mt Everest flight and also returned us to the airport a day later for our departure. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to all.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean. Great hot shower. Comfy beds. We had a spacious room with a balcony. Quiet place to Thamel close to restaurants and tourist sights. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem or too much to ask. We would stay again.

We were 5 girls who stayed at Hotel Mums Home for one week. The staff were lovely and helped with every need we had, and was available 24/7. We enjoyed some really good breakfast with masala tea and good omelettes. We went trekking for a few days and they provided us with breakfast earlier in the morning for us to bring with us. The room was nice and clean, good beds and the hotel refilled soap and water as needed. We really recommend this hotel for your stay in Kathmandu!

The hotel is very clean and has good service, everyone is very friendly and attentive to what you need, with a good location to take a walk or eat, there is also very good food if you don't want to go out, the rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom. I would go again, I recommend it.

We stayed in Hotel Mums Home on a few occasions during our 3 months in Nepal. Every time we were welcomed by the friendliest staff who made us feel right at home. Although close enough to the hustle and bustle of Thamel - it is in a quiet location on a no through street. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and shower has good pressure and hot water. What sets this place above the rest are the incredibly helpful and welcoming staff.

I had the pleasure of being a guest of Jeevan and his staff. Even though Kathmandu was in a lockdown period they were always available, kind and caring. They made me feel at home! Clean, spacious and welcoming rooms. On the roof there is also a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains. A heartfelt thank you for everything, I'll be back! Marco
