In January I made a reservation for this hotel for few nights. I stayed 1 hour as my room was so cold 7 degree C same as outside, no heat in the room, windows did not close properly, the ceiling had mold so unhealthy.... I don't know how this hotel can have 5 stars...avoid this one you can find better one.

Great location, great rooms and above all very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us plan and book the rest of our trip in minutes at the best price in town. We rebooked the hotel after our trek.

Dip is the owner and he is a really cool dude, he helped us to book our tour and he arranged everything for us for the day that we wanted it, he was so helpful in so many ways and was very friendly and easy going. The hotel is in a great location of the city, lots of restaurants bars clubs and stores at walking distance.

I've stayed here many times over the last 7 years and I always return. It's always excellent. Clean, comfortable rooms and a very good price. Friendly staff and owner. Excellent location in central Thamel. Nice roof garden. Looking forward to going back.
