A little overpriced, service not so good for such a big hotel, rooms are decent

Really kind and considerate staff. Kerma, Suraj and many others were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and updated, the food is good, but the standout staff really make the stay special. The only thing I wished for was the ability to buy small snacks or convenience items like pretzels, juice, paracetamol etc at the front desk - would be nice to have.

this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotel ,as we had stayed .it's garden,is so precious,pool is so beautiful with garden,with spa,and beauty parlor within the pool .rooms are cleaned and and well maintained ,by the house keeping staffs. all the service staffs are so friendly,caring and welcoming. thanks for Mr.Upendra and his team ,for providing such a memorable stay at the Malla Hotel.service staffs are willing to provide us anything this is possible ,be it in rooms,or in the garden, Malina she is a good host,as we experienced ,over all really wonderful experience for us during our stay, thanks to all the staffs of the hotel.every one most visit to the hotel.

Staying at the Malla Hotel was a good experience for me. At the very beginning, I would like to mention that the workers / staffs were excellent. One of the staffs at the swimming pool named Karuna gave me a swimming suit for which I paid her later as I didn't have the Nepali currency. I enjoyed the foods there. The small garden in front of the dining hall is really nice.

The hospitality of the Hotel was wonderful, particularly in reception- Mokina, and staff in food were found very cooperative. It was a pleasant experience to stay in the cover. There was a nice experience to stay and get connected with these lovely staff.

things are excellent i love the way they treat us .the hospitality was memorable. i like the pleasant and cozy environment the the hotel provided. its serene and wonderful experience in these three days of stay. the way they teat us is like a homely environment. and the all staff were welcomng and supportive. the food ia great and the pool area is so fascinating. the service withe the people who helped was memorable.
