Everything was just perfect! Had I known this hotel earlier, I kist have been stayed longer. The buffet food was exceptional. The service they gave was outstanding. I had a problem with my bath tub and fridge but both were solved quickly. Location is exceptional. In less than a minute, you’ll find numerous souvenir shops and restaurants. You can even walk to Durbar Square and Monkey Temple like what I did! My room with the bathtub and balcony was supra relaxing, the bed was ultra comfy. The garden cafe is a plus. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The garden is so nice

Staying at Nirvana Boutique Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu was a delightful experience. The property is stunning, with a beautiful garden that offers a peaceful retreat amidst the vibrant Thamel atmosphere. Despite its central location, the hotel remains a tranquil oasis. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great start to each day, and the room was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kathmandu.

Amazing garden and staff

The room was very clean, and several staff members cleaned it together. The bathroom was a little old, but very clean. The small courtyard environment was nice, the restaurant tasted good, the breakfast was very good, the price/performance ratio was very high, the location was very convenient, and it was quiet in a busy area. It was very comfortable! ●Good points The breakfast was delicious! I stayed at other hotels in Nepal, but this was the best! I especially recommend the yogurt! Also, they responded quickly when a squirrel appeared in our room! The security guard also helped us when we had trouble merging with the taxi. ●Bad points Compared to Japanese hotels, the bathroom facilities were inferior. Still, they were cleaner than public toilets! And there was no elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor, so we had to use the stairs every time. This was surprisingly tiring. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The facilities are quite old, but it can't be helped since it's cheap. It takes some skill to flush the toilet and get hot water in the shower. All the staff were kind and the service was very polite. I'd definitely stay here again.

The front desk and breakfast were excellent. The beds and towels were clean. However, the water pressure in the shower and toilet was very weak, which may not be unique to this hotel, and that was the only inconvenience.
