A good rate and good location just outside the hectic Thamel tourist district. Several very good restaurants nearby (Pho99 is a must-do). Very good western breakfasts at the hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. If I return to KTM I will stay again.

Since we were traveling to Pokhara on the day after our arrival in the rainy season and there was a thunderstorm forecast, we asked the hotel staff to arrange an early morning domestic flight. Even though I asked for an early morning flight the next morning at night, they responded politely and made it safely. The stay itself was short, less than 12 hours, but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I plan to stay again after returning from Pokhara, so I would like to enjoy it more at that time.

This is an unexplored little gem in the heart of Kathmandu. This was my third time stay and these have been amazing every time. High value for money, central location, plenty of food and drinks option nearby - it offered everything. This is a small boutique hotel, right on the busy Lazimpat road, opposite to Shangri-La-Hotel. It is hard to identify the hotel from outside - only part of the entrance is on the main road. But that means that you are away from the car honks and traffic sound. The staff are super helpful. They may not be the best English speakers, but their hospitality and support exceeded the expectation.

We stayed here for one night in their deluxe room and we found it is clean. They have parking, lift, Rooftop terrace restaurant and coffee shop in the premises. We love their breakfast too they serve fresh juice and organic coffee in the breakfast. Staffs are outstanding they always ready to help and informative. We will definitely stay here again.

One of best hotel located in business area Lazimpat. This hotel is super clean, has lift, free wifi parking available, has a in the room and uninterrupted running hotel and cold water. Free information of day tours.
