Very bad experience from the hotel and hotel staff.
We payed for the spa and when checking out they again put up the bill for the same and we made issues and made them check the cctv.And from CCTV it was clear we had done the payment..Also we were part of EBC trek group and our accomodations were covered under a particular day and it was cleared,checked and conveyed by the hotel people itself..But again after checking out they came up with another set of bills to settle including the stay part which was covered.and the reception staffs were impolite and unprofessional.We had such a bad experience from the hotel.There are far better hotels for a lower price in thamel. This ia bit away from thamel too..Stay away from.himalayan suite and the staffs. Too BAD AN EXPERIENCE.

The manager of this hotel is very smart. I was scammed and was ripped off of hundreds of dollars. It cost me US$130 to travel from Kathmandu to Lumbini, Lumbini to Pokhara, and Pokhara to Kathmandu. The actual ticket price is about 10,000 rupees, equivalent to RMB 570. It is recommended that you do not book bus tickets at the hotel. It is not recommended to take a bus from Kathmandu to Lumbini in Nepal. The 360 kilometers takes 12 hours. Air tickets can be booked on ** for less than 690 yuan. The hotel costs 120 US dollars, which is too expensive. In short, it is best not to book any other services at the hotel when traveling to Nepal. For example, hotel pick-up and drop-off costs 10 US dollars, while calling a taxi by yourself only costs 800 rupees and 45 yuan.

Compared with hotels in Tamil, this hotel is clean, hygienic and quiet. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Tamil Street. It’s okay to choose this place to read reviews. The hotel staff are very friendly. I met Saroj who is learning Chinese. I hope he will work hard to learn Chinese and have the opportunity to visit China

The location is very remote, the navigation is easy to make mistakes, the toilet smells bad, the breakfast is simple, definitely not worth 4 stars, bad review.
