Good location, nice staff, good beds, diverse breakfast with child friendly and Chinese friendly foods. Did not allow outside food to be eaten in room. Ants invaded any food or drinks consumed in the room when hotel room service delivered.

Ramada keeps it's name and value, it can be seen in this hotel. The staff are friendly and caring. Though it was only a short stay but the room was good enough. The beds are comfortable and has basic amenities. The balcony has good space. It's quite and peaceful from outside. A good sleep and a good stay. Happy with the service.

Hotel is literally in the tamel area, close to restaurants, shops, tourist spots like garden of dreams, museum & ******s (for foreigners only) hotel room was clean and came with basic toiletries, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend

The location is on the edge of the pedestrian street in Thamel District, close to the pedestrian street, and very quiet. However, the entrance is a bit shabby. There are many European and American guests staying. The breakfast is a combination of Indian and Western styles. There is an outdoor dining area where you can smoke. The front desk is a bit small and not atmospheric. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel's service staff have very good attitudes and have no problem communicating in English at the front desk.

The hotel is hidden away in the midst of the tourist area. It has a great bar and infinity pool on the 7th floor (not used). Rooms are spacious, clean and staff are very friendly. It is just what you need at the start or the end of a trekking holiday.

Good hotel. Good welcome, efficient reception, helpful staff, nice breakfasts (both local food as well as international), comfortable room (although complicated light switches!), yoga on rooftop can be recommended too. Would stay there again.
