Every things are excellent and everybody are very pleasant, welcoming and always smiling. Kennedy, Edina, Peter, George Chef and all of them, without forgetting garden & housekeeping teams and Massaï people make the success of this paradise ! Séjour inoubliable... 🤩Le personnel de l'hôtel toujours souriant est aux petits soins.. La chambre simple avec son lit à badalquin est très confortable... Le soir le personnel irradique les moustiques 😉 La jeune équipe d'animation est dynamique... Et sait nous divertir... Là bas, la vie est simplement belle😍 Nous avons fait de merveilleuses rencontres aussi bien avec le personnel, les Massaï et les vacanciers... Merci Filao Hôtel....🙏 Je reviendrai... Myriam

Au début de notre séjour, nous avons été enjoués. Les chambres vue mer avec suppléant sont simples. Elles ont besoin de rafraîchissement. Ne venait pas pendant le ramadan, plus aucune animation en soirée . Les repas sont pas bons. Très déçue

Un hôtel typique de petite taille et très joli au bord de la mer. La prestation est du 4 etoiles locale. L’equipe est top, la cuisine est variée, soignée. L’hôtel est idéalement situé entre le nord et le sud. On peut se rendre par bateau typique gratuitement à un hôtel juste en face en traversant la baie. La plage y est plus jolie mais l’hôtel est beaucoup beaucoup plus grand et donc pas ce que l’on recherchait du tout donc pas de regrets. L’ambiance et l’animation sont adaptées à la taille de l’hôtel, proche de ses clients et agréable. Oui il y a eu quelques coupures de courant, et alors nous sommes à zanzibar… et franchement nous ne sommes pas d’accord avec certains commentaires négatifs précédents. Oui l’hôtel n’est pas sur la plus belle plage de zanzibar, mais lorsque l’on localise sur la carte on voit où il se situe et donc libre à chacun de choisir soit un hôtel plus grand, moins humain et moins typique ou celui-ci! Franchement pour se reposer et profiter du bar posé sur la mer c’est le top du top. On recommande donc sans problème. Famille Alba
