It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah.
You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down.

Just a Beautiful hotel &Spa soon as we step onto the property the entire staff was so welcoming polite and friendly From the front Desk attendant the head of housekeeper manager and General Manager of the hotel came up and personally introduced their self to us the first day They have a huge swimming pool with extra individual swimming pools s bar in the pool area and a bar on the beach. just beautiful Greenery though out the hotel. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable and every night the housekeeping staff came and got the room ready for night and away made the bed with a beautiful welcoming design on the bed The entire hosting staff for breakfast and dinner was amazing made sure our dining experience was perfect food and drinks were delicious every single day. Definitely a must visit💕🥂✨ So Thank You Toa Hotel and Spa for making my 6 days and five nights a amazing experience💕🥂✨

Being there in the off season was the best decision I could have made. The staff there made sure I was never in need of anything. The rooms were absolutely spacious and clean. They arranged for my transportation to and from the hotel with no hassle. The general manager, front staff and the rest of the team made my stay absolutely a dream. Just a two second walk from the beach and the pool accessible from every room made this wonderful. Would absolutely return.

TOA SPA was a beautiful experience. Especially Mr. General Manager Ally is a wonderful person. He did everything to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable and comfortable. TOA is a sheer complex where the physical environment, cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the personnel are at their peak. If you are looking for calmness and tranquility, this is the place. Our mother and father and cousins left very happy, almost like a dream... Our heartfelt thanks to Ali and his team... The staff was very accommodating and professional. The facility infrastructure was ok. They lost power often but only for short periods of time. The concept was luxurious and wonderful. I'll come back for my 5yr anniversary.
Be mindful, food options are limited but offered onsite in buffet-style.

Habituellement plutôt "réservé" sur mes commentaires, j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour en solo au TOA. Tout avait bien commencé en France quand j'ai demandé ma prise en charge pour la navette aéroport et cela a été confirmé à mon arrivée. Un accueil au top, des installations parfaites pour un séjour où tout est fait pour vous mettre dans des conditions exceptionnelles... Ally est à la baguette et impulse cette bienveillance à l'ensemble de son équipe (merci Cecilia pour votre gentillesse 😉) qui n'a de cesse que de vous chouchouter ! La cuisine est également parfaite ... n'oubliez pas la pêche du jour 👌🏻

Très bon hôtel : + chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit confortable + grande salle de bain bien équipée + grande piscine propre + personnel très gentil et serviable avec une mention spéciale pour Cécilia à l'accueil qui a été aux petits soins pour nous ! + Excellent restaurant avec une nourriture variée et de qualité - Il y a une cloison ajourée entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Il faudrait pouvoir occulter la lumière qui vient de la salle de bain sinon il fait grand jour dès le lever du soleil (malgré les rideaux occultants sur les portes-fenêtres de la chambre)

The customer service at this Hotel is second to none. I am particularly impressed with the food and Beverages Manager Mr Kalei. He is very hardworking and is on top of everything. He made sure we were very comfortable and happy with the service. He is a great asset to the team. The General Manager Mr Ally was very hospitable and humble. The staff are great. Food is great and a lot of healthy options. Staff are honest. Lost my wallet with a lot of money in it and it was taken to the reception without a penny missing. I rate them 10/10

I had a wonderful week at Toa - it is a lovely resort, very comfortable resort, with a great pool and spa. The food was very good, and there was a bbq on the beach as well while we were there, which was quite special. Really, what made the trip most enjoyable was the wonderful Toa staff - they looked after us so well, were very kind, and always smiling and sincere. I would definitely return is I have a chance. Thank you so much to everyone there!
