Close to the station, less than 5 minutes walk◎
The bus stop that goes to the Blue Mountains is right in front of you.
It's best to get on at the station one stop before, as there aren't many people who can get on the train.
No hairdryer or tissues provided.
The hotel check-in counter is now a restaurant.
It was a little confusing at the checkout.
For dinner, I went shopping at the supermarket and was able to get a fork and knife at a restaurant.

It's very close to Katoomba Station, very clean, and the service is good. However, the sink was too small and inconvenient.

Old hotel, have to climb the stairs with our two luggages because there is no lift. One of the staff helped to take our luggages upstairs which was nice.

The Katoomba Family Hotel offers cosy rooms in the heart of Katoomba. The rooms were spacious with private bathrooms, and the bed was very comfortable. A/C for the summer heat was brilliant, and I could see the heating is an efficient system that I'm sure would be brilliant in the winter months. Great location, and very friendly staff who made our check in and out very easy. I would highly recommend!

Clean and tidy property. Room was very small. Food portions in bistro downstairs were gigantic. One meal could have fed 2 people. Overall, good value for money.

It is being renovated so messy, had to change rooms as lights didn't work, hot water took ten minutes to get hot. People talking until 4am.
