"This was my second stay, a two-night weekend trip. The soundproofing isn't great, as I could hear conversations from the next room at night. Other than that, it was pretty good. It's convenient for getting around, and there's free parking if you're driving. You can even see a bit of red foliage from the balcony 🍁."

"Clean and comfortable, and it's only a 30-minute walk to the Blue Mountains. The lobby and kitchen are both spacious, and luggage storage is very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and patient in explaining and answering questions despite the language barrier. It makes me want to go back again!"

"The room offers great value for money and is within walking distance of Echo Point. The room looks exactly like the pictures, with relatively new furnishings. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, though it's a shame there's no restaurant for ordering meals. The staff were very enthusiastic, and it's definitely car-friendly!"

"No hot water on the second day! No hot water on the second day! No hot water on the second day! The stay itself was spacious, though the bed was just okay, perhaps the electric blanket made it feel hard and a bit uncomfortable. It had air conditioning and a balcony. Aside from that, the location is great, right in the center of Leura village next to delicious pizza and ice cream. It's a 6-minute drive to Katoomba center and 12 minutes to the Scenic World (cable car station). It's also right off the highway exit, and there's a Woolworths supermarket nearby. There's an indoor car park, and they'll give you a remote control key for it. Everything else was good, except for the hot water issue."

"This was a mixed bag. The receptionist on my check-in day was great, went above and beyond. The other receptionists were okay, but the biggest issue was that the reception was not attended the whole time when it was supposedly open. It also says check-in until 10pm on here, but the information in the hotel says the reception closes at 9pm. The room was okay, I wouldn't say it was very dark as other reviewers complained. However, the windowshade in the bathroom had a lot of mold growing on it and there were other areas that would benefit from better cleaning/maintenance. The location was great, about 10-15 minutes from the station, around 25 minutes to the falls and 5-10 minutes to the supermarkets and restaurants."

"I booked this hotel for our 5-year anniversary, as we thought it would be a lovely place to celebrate, with a nice location, great views, and the chance to enjoy dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Since only garden-view rooms were available on Trip.com, we booked one, and I also mentioned in the notes that it was for our anniversary. While we weren’t expecting an upgrade, we were disappointed to find our room’s “view” was almost completely blocked by a large tree. For a special occasion, I had hoped for at least a small gesture or a nicer placement of the room. The restaurant staff were friendly, but it was clear they struggled when things got busy, which affected the overall dining experience. Finally, at checkout, we weren’t even asked how our stay was, which left us feeling undervalued as guests. For what was meant to be a memorable anniversary, the experience fell short of expectations."

"We knew beforehand that the building was over 100 years old, so our expectations perfectly matched reality. There's even a special charm to it – the smell of antiquity, creaky floors, fireplaces, and retro furniture. The room is quite small, but the bed is comfortable, and there's parking available. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise."

"The motel is a few minutes' drive from the Three Sisters lookout point. Friendly welcome at check-in. The room facilities are good (fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, coffee cups with coffee spoons, microwave). Unfortunately, dessert plates and other cutlery are missing, so the microwave cannot be used."

"A very friendly and helpful welcome at reception for our 5 night stay. Rooms are adequate and a very warm and comfortable bed. We had the room with a balcony which was nice, albeit a bit cold. Convenient, quiet location. Recommended."

"Been to the estate a few times over many years. Always loving the view, the food and the great hospitality from the whole crew. This time around, I was very happy to be assisted by Michael from the concierge for accepting our luggage for an early check in, calling when the room is ready, etc. Plus, Michael is also very knowledgeable with all the activities there are. Bed is comfortable and room is immaculately clean. Due to the rain, it was unfortunate that most of the outdoor activities didn't happen, but we still enjoyed the stay through the indoor pool, air hockey, mirror maze, and ice skating all within the same compound. There's also affordable EV charging station here. 10/10 stay ☺️"
