Have stayed in 3 bedroom cottage a few yrs ago & wanted to stay again. Booked it back in Dec with a friend only to be given 1 of the 2 bedroom older units next door. Was not happy. Thought I had made an error when booking so took it with a grain of salt. Went to book a third visit & realised I hadn't made an error the second time, so I called management and told them I wanted the Cottage & that they had moved us on 2 occasion before & I didn't want it happening again. They gauranteed we would get the cottage . I booked this in Feb for a visit in May. 1 week before our arrival I received an email stating they could not honour our booking & chose us alternative accommodation 10 mins away. Would not answer my email asking why. Drove past & someone else was staying in the Cottage. So they had cancelled my booking & let someone else stay there. Not happy. On the plus side we stayed in at Wentworth Falls Retreat. Very nice accommodation. 2 Bedroom house Very clean & quiet & would def recommend .
