Beautiful hotel I visited during my visit to katra mata vaishno devi. The staff is doing a great service. Nice food. Excellent rooms. The staff is very comfortable And the Ambience was superb. Felt like my home. visit us strongly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the taste and food Hygiene. The staff is well trained and have ensured that the customer remains happy. Variety of dishes are available. Thank you to Sourabh Ranna, who was there to assist me. Would like to visit soon some day.

The food was very good. We tried pasta, pizza, Palak chat. Sandeep, Saurav Sharma and Gaurav served us very well. Great service the staff was welll trained and the place was super amazing for people who want delicious food with amazing ambience.

My family and kids had a great memorable time at Fortune Park Katra Vaishno Devi. As the name suggests truly felt in Fortune ITC Group. Special mention Mr Sudarshan at reception.. The Rainbow 🌈 team of Chef Karan & Sourav Rana. Mr Lalit Head member of house keeping.. Amazing hospitality can't wait to come back.

Starting from the first day c/in was very smooth and the reception staff was amazing and very familiar. Luggage came to the room very fast. The room was clean and crispy with all required amenities. Food was tasty and freshly prepared and all staff was ready to help. Reception staff were very helpful and gave all required information regarding travel and darshan. Thank you so much. Waiting to visit you guys again.

I liked all outlets in this Hotel but it was amazing else in food areas and when it comes to something unique, Stayed here for a while and all I witnessed was so unique in it's nature. the staff guys were always super attentive specially Mr. Ankush and not intrusive, rooms and view of morning are amazing, all are well versed with the vital neighboring points, Recommend everyone to try the uniqueness.
