"Day 1 of 3, 6th March 25. Location is the only positive point. As our train was delayed, we checked in at night around 12:30 AM. we asked if anything to eat can be arranged, and the person at the reception denied. There we got to know that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM and no food is served after that. Smile was completely missing from their faces and they did not look welcoming at all. Also, no one was available to handle the luggage which is expected from a hotel like Bloom. In the morning, I asked for Dental Kit, which I did not receive even after 5-7 minutes. Then I had to call again and go out in the lobby to get the same myself. They are definitely understaffed, and the staff they have is not trained."

The breakfast at The Three Peaks was delicious, with most of our orders freshly prepared and served at the table. The service by the team was excellent and very attentive. We also enjoyed playing badminton in the outdoor park and spending time around the swimming pool. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Truly one of the best resorts in Katra — highly recommended!"
