GGuest UserI had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

GGuest UserDear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.
