Great services.Neat,clean and comfortable rooms.Staff was very helpful. Loved the ambience and the location.Drop off and pick up facilities from Banganga/helipad was also included.Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Excellent stay nice service given pick and drop serive to banganga and market. Overall owsome. Perfect place to stay near railway station. Rates per room also fair. They have nice restaurant and provides delicious food. Recommended for family and couple.

Rooms are comfortable with wall to wall carpeting, television, telephone, mineral water and an attached bathroom with hot and cold water supply. It has its own restaurant which provides Indian, Chinese and South Indian vegetarian dishes. There is provision for a 24 hours room service as well. Food quality is good and cost is also reasonable.

The rooms are nice and spacious and clean...and the service is real quick. It ticks all boxes for a comfortable and restful stay!! I would highly recommended this hotel It's a good hotel. But maintanance is required bcz rooms are damp. In reception the gentle*** is very nice fellow. Katra.

We checked in early in morning and hotel staff was hospitable to give us room early. Hotel aslo provide free pickup/drop to helipad and crossing and banganga to go for darshan for Mata Vaishno Devi. There are ***y nearby restaurants for eat out and also the hotel has a multicusine restaurant on the ground floor. Nice hotel worth its price. goods service

stayed in the hotel New Shraddha for 2 days an all I can say is that the accomodation was great and the hotel crew was very courteous. The front office person was very accommodating because she took care of everything and made sure that my stay in the hotel was stress free. Keep it up!

Good star rating to new sharddha hotel katra . Professional staff, polite staff and dedicated staff for give best service and hotel is good location. food was delicious. This is one of the best hotel in katra just stay and enjoy the comfort .
