Staff is very helpful polite, helping in all the ways possible. In restaurant Citrus specially Mr. Angrez and Mr. Rakesh are so nice with all the customers. And Mr. Imtyaz in room service is very helpful polite helping with a smile. Will definitely visit here again and you also please visit with your loved ones.

Awesome experience with homely kind of stay. The staff is like your family member, co-operative. The food here is so delicious, homely feel. And really thankful to the staff members Rahul, Angrez, Rakesh, Kushal, Chef ***N & Devraj. Also, the facilities provided were like more fast than robotics. Really feel the amazing experience. Would recommend all to really have an mesmerizing experience at Hotel Lemon Tree Katra.

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Quick resolutions. Yummy and comfort food. Restaurant staff Angraz, Rahul, Khooshal, Rakesh and Sahil are very good and accomadative. They were always on foot to help us. Food was very yummy. It's very beautiful and serene location

The hotel room is spacious. Staff is very prompt in providing services. Breakfast spread is also good. Services from Rahul and Angraz of food and beverages team added to our good experience. In addition, the hotel is situated just 200 mtrs from the Katra railway station.

The stay was pleasant, clean rooms and ambience. stuff was very friendly. Angraz khooshal and Rakesh in the restaurant was very helpful ***** with jyoti from housekeeping, who made me feel like home. Location was safe was solo travellers.
