Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi, Katra was a very horrible hotel. The rooms were very cosy and not very appealing. To get hot water in the bathroom, everytime we had to inform the reception. They keep it switched off everytime. The food was of very poor quality. I would give 0 rating for this hotel.

I have booked 2 deluxe rooms but the experience is not worth the money. Cleanliness is below par, hospitality is average. I have been here twice before but this time the experience was not as i had expected it to be like before. Food quality has degraded drastically. I had ordered breakfast and the poha, paratha were not prepared at that moment, they seemed to be prepared earlier for the buffet. I have asked for an extra bed for which they were reluctant to give the invoice. I won’t recommend this now as the hotel is not maintained at all.

In holy city, service is not upto mark as against the tariff. Pathetic waiting for almost 30 minutes for pick up

Booked this due to name it had. Property need attention, renovation needed. Shower is not working. But staff is very very good.

Quilts provided were so dirty. I have uploaded the pics also. Staff was rude. At first they turned us back that there is no booking. Towels and soaps were requested again and again but never recd. Sub standard service and rude staff
