The location and the building itself were great, on a busy street but a really peaceful and quiet place. They are also resting just on top of a great restaurant Momo Grill, which has amazing food with lunch offers. Would come back 100%.

The building is a few minutes walk from the center of Kaunas. The room is quite small, even smaller than it seemed in the photos. There is not enough space to move or open the suitcase. It should be noted that there were no sockets in the bathroom, so you could not plug in the hairdryer. The only sockets in the room were either behind the bed (unusable as there was no room to move it) or at the end in a rather inaccessible space. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved.
