DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Airport Reviews

The room was very clean. The front desk service was satisfactory. There was also airport pick-up service. It was evening when we arrived in Pittsburgh. We called the front desk and waited for about 20 minutes before the hotel's shuttle bus arrived. The driver also helped to lift the luggage onto the bus one by one. He was very thoughtful and considerate. Because we arrived in Pittsburgh at night, we stayed for one night.

The hotel staff are so friendly, the most considerate and kind hotel staff I have ever met. I was in a bad mood when I went there, and the female staff at the front desk named April even sent me all the way to the room with sympathy. The guy who sent me to the airport was also very kind and comforted me all the way. The staff at the breakfast buffet specially poured me water.
