Great facility at an affordable price. Beware that the air conditioning is paid which was not clear indicated in the indications on the site during the booking. The owner is very kind, the structure is clean and comfortable. A bit noisy on weekend nights in rooms going out to the street from drunk teenagers. Convenient in the center for both the sea and the city. The kitchen has a slightly dated oven as well as cutlery but nothing serious. The bathroom without shampoo or gel or soap, only towels and toilet paper. Great private terrace with chairs and table.

This message is absolutely intended to dissuade you in any way from staying here. NEVER come. Let's leave out the "spartan" house (to express it delicately) which lacked everything, even a hob (unacceptable in an apar**ent). The few crockery provided was dirty, coffee stained cups. The house was dirty, the bathroom more than dirty, whose shower also lacked a poor curtain so as not to flood the entire room. Furthermore, when flushing the toilet, the toilet leaked, but not a few drops, but abundant water. The taps now made invisible by limestone: disgusting. The towels were dirty, stained: as an apology we were told that "the English had a party". Air conditioning was very expensive: 15 euros a day and it was impossible not to buy it: in addition to the natural horrific heat in August, the apar**ent is located above a kebabbaro open 24 hours and the smell forced you to close all the windows. The house also faces the main road across from an all night games room - impossible to sleep. The beds were half broken but one in particular broke in two as soon as I sat down (I'm more than normal weight). But even more serious the worst: THEY DID NOT PROVIDE HOT WATER. The owner who delivered the house to us hadn't told us that a switch in the meter had to be activated. We were only told after 4 days of complaints from both us and our agency's assistant. Don't come you will go to hell. Last tip: avoid kavos, the city is a colony of illegal English, who spend their days attached to a nitrous oxide balloon (it's an incredibly still legal drug). There are no Italians, the few unfortunates flee to Ipsos. The city looks like a shanty town badly used as a playground for unruly Englishmen. For a decent pharmacy or supermarket you need to take the car and drive for at least 10/15 minutes. So avoid like the plague Anthonys Complex, but also Corfu, but I would say also Corfu itself.
