Mediterranean Blue
"Great place to stay 15 min walk from centre beach 2 mins away clean and tidy penny couldent do enough for us made us feel welcome we will be back ."
Cavomarina Beach- Adults Only
"Firstly staff were incredible, every single one were an asset but sadly the overall experience was pretty poor, I would rate this 3.5 if I could purely due to the staff. We arrived around 1030pm on a B&B basis and were shocked when we were dropped off as Kavos was literally closed it was like a ghost town. When we asked about somewhere to eat we were told that the hotel kitchen was now closed and left with no options even if you were all inclusive. We had literally no choice but pay the extra to upgrade to all inclusive as there was nowhere open in the area when we arrived (few shops started to open by end of our week stay). It was as you would expect and there are 2 options all inclusive and all inclusive plus. Normally the plus option is just for branded drinks but not here this is also so limited to the time you can use the all inclusive, so if you don't pay even more you only have all inclusive between 12noon and 9pm. So if you wanted a coffee after breakfast you have to pay or wait until 12noon. Never experienced anything like this, really spoilt the whole trip considering we had literally no other options, felt like the hotel had opened too early in the season as we were hoping for out of season or just beginning of the season but not a ghost town being trapped in the hotel (we even did our research before we travelled). Drinks taste poor quality and gin interestingly tasted of almonds. Room and the whole hotel was very well cleaned by the housekeeping staff and if you are looking for a room with your own swim up plunge pool request room 113 as all the other swim up pools are communal. Food had a good selection but many lunches/evenings the meals were missing labels so you sometimes had no idea what it was, nice salad selections and grilled food outside. The snacks were very limited (see pic). Breakfast prosecco a great touch. It wasn't until we were leaving after 7nights that we seen some attention being focussed on their beach area which was really dirty and full of rubbish, even guests went to pick up the litter as it was very unsightly. Overall sadly we wont be back, but again cannot rate the staff highly enough."

"We had a good value holiday in the sun when the weather at home was awful. The whole hotel is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We chose to sit on the sunbeds on the 'island' next to the swim up rooms. The sunbeds were very comfortable and there were plenty of good quality parasols. We paid 10€ deposit for good towels which was refunded. The food in the restaurant was superb! Lovely traditional Greek casseroles which we enjoyed very much. After a little hiccup my gluten free diet was very well catered for, a chef showed me around every evening and they had GF bread. There were lots of complaints from other guests because there were no labels and they didn't know what they were eating. We became aware that we were in the nicer rooms above the swim up rooms. However we didn't find the room comfortable. There were two tiny drawers and a few coat hangers as the only storage. This meant the room was always a mess because there was nowhere to store anything. The bedside tables (which could have been sets of drawers) were small, heavy wooden blocks too small to store a book, glasses and water. The mattress on the bed appeared to be new and good quality. However, there was no mattress protector and the bottom sheet was too small. A number of times through the night we woke up to find ourselves lying on the mattress with the sheet crumpled up so we had to get up to straighten the bed. Lying directly on the mattress was uncomfortable, and goodness knows who was lying on it before us! In our many years of travel around the world, Europe, Greece, Corfu, Corfu Town and Kavos we have NEVER encountered 'Dynamic Currency Conversion'. Basically you are paying the hotel's bank charges for them on top of the price you are quoted on the menus and tourist tax. For example, an iced latte is 6€, you are asked for 6€, you tap your card for 6€ and then you are charged 6.45€. If they want to charge you for their bank charges then list the price of an iced latte as 6.50€. Nowhere in the resort, Corfu Town or Paxos did we come across this extra charge. When we asked other guests they thought it was a tip for the waiters."
Olympion Village
"The hotel was very clean, we got a large room. The swimming pool was also very clean. The stuff is very kind and helpful. They have organized Greek night, where we learnt to dance Zorba. :) The food was rather average, but it was okay for us. All in all we where pleased with the hotel."
Cavos Beach House
"We were a group of 5 girls on a 4 night stay and got upgraded to an apartment so we could all be together which was nice. Hotel does have wifi but signal is patchy. Room was clean and tidy on arrival. Only issue with the room was the shower. Very small, dirty and awful water pressure meant it almost impossible for us to wash hair. Main complaint about the hotel was the lack of pool. Online when we booked it and when looking up reviews including on Trip Advisor, it clearly shows ‘Cavo D’Oro’ as the pool area with sun loungers and a bar. This is in fact a completely different hotel with a pool and bar, 5 mins down the road and we were unable to use any of the facilities unless we wanted to pay €10 per person, per day. Very misleading when booking the holiday as the main images show the pool area. Whereas Cavos Beach House Hotel does not have a pool. Another thing we found a little strange, was the of the hotel Maria (who was also the housekeeping) but would come into our room unannounced, at random times of day. This included 8pm when we were getting ready and 11am when we were sleeping."
Fardini Seaside Hotel
"It was a wonderful place, with polite, warm, and generous people. We truly felt welcome."
Utopia Kavos
"Stayed at Utopia with my husband and a friend who had her own room. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed, linen changed regularly. Hot water, fridge, dressing table. The room met all our needs as we were only using it to wash, change and sleep. There was a fridge and kettle and sink and outside table and chairs and a clothes airer and pegs for drying. A few loose screws here and there, but maintenance came and fixed them. Room had AC. Had to ask how to get it working. Bar staff are lovely. Lovely cocktails. Sat around pool looking out to sea. Music was played which we enjoyed. Had some good food there and to the left off the beach was a very good Taverna. Eva is very friendly and helped us with any queries and recommendations. Good value for money all round."
Oasis Beach Club
"daughter booked this so I'd no idea it's a party place, dreaded it but to be honest the place was lovely and the owners were very polite and the staff were lovely, got rooms cleaned no problems . Would definitely go again but not in October as I got bitten a lot...... No fault of the place, it's the weather Lots of nice places and beach was nice."
Three Seasons
"We loved everything. Unfortunately, there were no pool towels. Thanks for the stay!"

Ever Green Beach Apartments
Metaxa Apartments
"The METAXA apartment complex is NOT recommended. There is: ● No swimming pool belonging to the property; the photos are from another hotel 50 meters away. ● No parking garage or parking lot, which I needed as I had rented a car in Germany. I had to park the car in a public parking lot about 10 minutes away. This was problematic because Kavos is a party area with many intoxicated young people. ● No reception in the complex, consequently no way to ask questions, no tour desk, and no luggage storage. There was also no notice board, neither for the hotel nor for TUI. ● No restaurant with breakfast (!), no mini-market, and the other advertised amenities were also not available. However, I was significantly disturbed by the excessively loud party atmosphere. Even at night, I felt disturbed by boisterous and intoxicated guests making their way home from the neighboring karaoke bars. Towels were not changed during my 7-day stay. The sink and toilet were not cleaned (or disinfected) during my 7-day stay. The floor was only mopped once, although it was needed more frequently."
Seaside Resorts
"The resort exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and fun stay with friends."
Secreta Vista
"An oasis in Kavos. Katarina and the whole team at Secreta Vista were so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotlessly clean. The bar menu, both food and drink, was really good including the gorgeous Secreta salad. Fresh lemonade and cocktails, highly recommend."
ELEONAS bohotel
"Dirty hotel. Staff were rude and unhelpful and unwilling to resolve issues. WiFi was terrible. Dangerous electrics, broken sockets and lights flickering. No pool towels provided despite being listed on their property website. Avoid avoid"
Saint Peter Bay Aparthotel
"Went as a group of 9 20year olds and had an amazing time. Giannis and the team took amazing care of us, booked trips and taxis for us, even got my friend a personalised birthday cake for her birthday. The hotel is really close to the strip (about 10/15 mins walk) and has an amazing bar, pool and beach area. No complains at all!! Loved it. Shoutout. "
Cabo
"Outstanding 5 star immaculate This hotel was beautiful in every way very boho classy chilled vibe! Sirocco Hotel
"We stay in the Sirocco Hotel, just at the end of the strip in Kavos, Corfu. The hotel does not accept Stag, Hen or student parties, so it is relatively quiet. We had a ground floor room with a small terrace opening onto the pool and overlooking the sea. There was a buffet breakfast each morning, which we thought was adequate. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillows a bit thick and uncomfortable so i did not use them at night. The staff were excellent, particularly Jenny who welcomed us on the evening of our arrival. She works the evening shift but also had a great, warm welcome when we arrived back each day. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its location, ambiance and friendliness. The hotel is small and only accommodates a small number of guests. Breakfast is served in a covered area beside the swimming pool, so guest tend to chat with each other which also added to the ambiance of the place. The less said about the Kavos strip the better, it caters for the 18-30 age group, The pavements and road are littered with nitrous oxide pellets and spent balloons, they are openly sold in the shops, obviously alcohol is everywhere. One note of caution for swimmers, there were a lot of purple jellyfish, purple stingers (Pellagia noctiluca) in the sea close to shore, they deliver an extremely venomous and painful sting, which I found out to my cost. If you see them avoid and get children out of the water Personally, I have no wish ever to see or visit Kavos again but if I were to do so, I would choose to stay in The Sirocco Hotel again."
