Hôtel à taille humaine, très bon accueil et gentillesse de tout le personnel. nous avions pris la demi-pension, petit déjeuner très copieux avant de faire de belles balades, dîner avec chaque soir des plats de cuisine crétoise différents ( merci au cuisinier pour cette découverte culinaire). nous avons été surclassé en appartement avec coin cuisine et terrasse avec vue sur mer. Propreté de la chambre faite tous les jours. Hôtel idéalement situé entre La Canée et Réthymon, il est impératif de louer une voiture (parking assuré). Personnel à notre écoute et essayant de communiquer en français (merci à eux). Durant le séjour, une soirée grecque a été organisée avec un groupe de musicien et de danseurs, très bonne ambiance . Location de serviette de plage (plage à 10 minutes) , caution restituée à la fin du séjour ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et le recommanderons à nos amis.

In May I went with a friend to Sonia. The resort is located in a quiet area. We really had a great time and thats mostly because of the animationteam (Dylan, Hanna and Paula) and the best lifeguard (Giorgos). They were such friendly people, they are the best! I would like to go back (if they are still there). The lifeguard was very alert all the time and pointed out the rules. He was always ready to help. In fact he helped me twice. The animation team provided workouts (such as pilates, full body workout, stretching, zumba, aqua zumba, etc), games (such as karaoke, bingo, boules, volleyball, etc) and they were present at other events. I did find dancing on Fridays distracting, because people come there for the peace and quiet and the music and not to get in the way of dancing children. You made my holiday amazing. I know I will not forget your names ever again. I hope we can see eachother again sometime. Love you. Greetings from me, the sunburned Dutch girl.

Sofia Resort has some of the best and biggest rooms and I have been there with a family of 4. All the stuff is amazing, we felt like being part of a big family. The pools are crystal clear. The food is high quality. The roof bar is a must check, best cocktails in a huge radius.

Immer wieder - DANKE Team Sofia - es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist klein, familiär, sauber und hat eine tolle A**osphäre. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Für alle die keine Fans von überfüllten Bettenburgen sind ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl, denn es gibt Zeiten, an denen man sogar alleine am Pool liegen kann. Das Buffet ist nicht überladen, sieht eher ausgewählt aus und das Essen war immer lecker. Besonders toll ist die Lounge auf der Terrasse mit Chill-Out-Musik und guten Drinks. Endroit très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la baie. Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce lieu, calme, bien entretenu. Tout était parfait, le lieu, le personnel (en particulier au bar en terrasse et au service du restaurant) , la chambre... Une seule remarque: toutes les chambres n'ont pas la même vue et certaines n'ont qu'une petite vue mer). Nous étions avec un groupe et notre guide Georges était particulièrement sympa, avec humour et une grande disponibilité. Bravo! Nous conseillons.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet hôtel dans un appartement avec une grande chambre un séjour cuisine ouverte avec canapé lit, une grande salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et balcon sur toutes les pièces avec vue mer! Entièrement climatisé. L'hôtel et notre chambre étaient très bien entretenus, toujours parfaitement propres. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et vraiment très complet (pain perdu, croissant pain au chocolat!). Le personnel est vraiment charmant, nous connaissons très bien ce coin de Crête et cet hôtel offre des prestations bien supérieures à ce qu'on peut trouver dans ce secteur. Idéal en famille, les enfants sont des rois là bas et l'hôtel est à taille humaine. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir! La famille HALLE - ROGER
