"A very pleasant and cozy hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We also appreciated the comfortable sunbeds on the beach and the fact that everything you need is always close at hand...showers, restrooms, and other facilities. When we found the pillows a bit too firm, we asked for softer ones and received them almost immediately. This level of care and attention to guests is something we truly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were completely satisfied. We would be delighted to return in the future"

"We stayed at the Happy Days Hotel in July 2025 and were absolutely delighted! The hotel grounds are very attractively designed. The wonderful beach is right next to the hotel, and there are plenty of sun loungers (included with the all-inclusive package!). The pool area is also very appealing, although a few more loungers would be nice. However, you can also comfortably spend a day relaxing under a parasol in the seating areas while your child splashes around in the pool! The food was delicious at every meal – always fresh, varied, and with something for everyone! The service staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! The location right on the beach and just a few minutes from the shopping area is unbeatable! Rethymno is easily accessible by bus (€3.20 per person, just under 30 minutes). The transfer from Heraklion Airport takes quite a while (about 2.5 hours including the wait). We would love to come back! Thank you for the wonderful, carefree time!"
