Walk about 10 minutes from Toda Koen Station. It's not a road that makes you uneasy even if you walk alone after sunset because you walk on the main road with a lot of traffic. During my recent trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel located next to JR Kitatoguchi Station. It is undoubtedly an excellent choice with extremely convenient transportation. Whether I plan to travel to the busy city center of Tokyo or explore the tranquil city of Saitama, this hotel's location makes my travels extremely convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. Not only did they check in quickly, they also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding transportation information in detail, which made me look forward to the upcoming trip. The hotel's rooms are designed with both modernity and comfort in mind, providing an ideal space to relax and unwind. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's rest every night. In addition, the free Wi-Fi in the room is very fast, which greatly facilitates my work and social needs. The transport links near the hotel are impressive. JR Kitatoguchi Station is just a short walk away and I could easily take the train to the main attractions in Tokyo and Saitama. In addition, there are many restaurants and shops around, making it very convenient whether you are looking for authentic Japanese cuisine or simple shopping. Overall, this hotel next to JR Kitatoguchi Station left a deep impression on me during my trip to Japan with its unparalleled location, comfortable accommodation and friendly service. The bed was surprisingly hard and I was worried about sleeping, but I had a good sleep until I woke up the next morning. It was early December, but the heating was sure in the room and I was able to spend time in thin clothes. It was dry, but since a humidifier is always available, it was the strongest to drive and solve it. The breakfast venue was on the top floor, and I enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast while looking at the view from Urawa to Omiya.

I stayed on the live day of Saitama Super Arena. If you are a popular live, you need a reservation half a year ago. I thought I might not be able to take it on the net, and I made a reservation by phone at 8 o'clock in the morning half a year ago. After all, it seemed that it was full on the day and it was correct by telephone reservation. The hotel is close to the station and the super arena because it can be seen. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. The room is usually good with a hot pot stove refrigerator. The breakfast venue was on the top floor and I saw Saitama super arena. The number of breakfast items was also satisfactory.

Stayed for １ nights for use. It was a room with ９ floor superior twin. It was breakfast but the lunch on check-in day was also served at ５ floor cafe. (good point) The room was clean and clean. The view was not bad. It was a room with a view of the city of the new city center. The children were happy because they could see the train on the Keihin Tohoku line. I was relaxed because there was a large sofa in the room with ３ names. Apart from the sofa, the chair is also ２ legs, so you can eat in the room. I ordered pasta and sandwiches at the ５ floor cafe (cross yard) used for lunch at the cherry blossoms, but none of them were very delicious. The service is also good, but there is only a hotel and there is no hand. It was also good to have a cup of coffee, tea, mineral water, glass cup and a large mug cup. The coin laundry was not a drum type that was limited to users because it took time, but it was easy to use because the vertical washing machine and dryer were different 々. The washing machine (200 yen), the dryer (30 minutes 100 yen) and the price setting were also conscientious. (bad point) The room is described on 27 ㎡ and HP, but it was a corner room, so it seems to be a little wider. 27 ㎡ Although there is a room size above, the unit bus without washing place was a little lacking as a new hotel. The hotel Mets in Niigata, which was lower in summer, was equipped with a washroom at 28 ㎡, so I feel like it. As a reference, the pajamas were integrated up and down, the slippers were disposable type of pile ground, and the ladies' sets were in the room, and the children's amenities (slippers and toothbrushes) were also available. I think the unit bus is a bit unfortunate, but it is a good hotel overall. I think I can use it again.

２ First time use. The purpose is to refresh with sky spa and breakfast buffet. Last time, I was worried about the manners of many guests in the spa ‥. However, I thought I might not stay again at this stay. Overall cleaning is sweet. I think that's what it is because there are many voices that the word of mouth of the reservation site is not cleaned. It is the only four-star hotel in Saitama. It will not be cheap because the price is also cheap. The quality of the small up-sized sofa in the room, such as the spa and restaurant on the upper floor, is the same, but it is only that. It is also a pity that there is no air cleaner in this class. The building is under construction next to the view of Mt. Fuji on the west side, so it will be no longer possible. The room I stayed in was a prominent place where hair fell or there was a scale that could be taken if it was rubbed normally on the water. I was not going to say anything, but I thought it was a little terrible. I noticed that the hotel side did not have any deterrence by attention and patrol. It is wild. laughter. It is an impression that there are many small children in the period, and it is not only because it is go to or the region?

The location is very good, the room is very new, the bathroom is very spacious, with children 4 people, stayed for 4 nights, the last day after the typhoon can see Mount Fuji, very good! If you want to come to the Grand Palace, you must live here.

A short walking distance from Omiya Station, love the greenery setting of the hotel interior that is inspired by the bonsai town. The single is very spacious for me, with working table. There’s also a humidifier if you need. Do take note that due to their initiative, they won’t clean your room everyday unless you request. But they will leave new towel outside your room for you. Their breakfast selection was very good and the foods are inspired by the town.

Having never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.
