チェックアウトの際、次回の予約が入って居るのにもかかわらず、荷物の預かりを中々OKして貰えず時間がかかった。

禁煙が良かったのですが、なくて喫煙に泊まりました。消臭スプレーなどかけてもらえると嬉しいですとリクエストして部屋にも消臭スプレーが置いてありました。
しかし、部屋、バスルームともタバコ臭くて
窓を開けて空気を入れ替えてもダメでした。
元々が喫煙の部屋なので仕方ないのですが、禁煙の部屋に泊まった友人も廊下歩くだけで禁煙なのにタバコ臭かったと話してました。
喫煙者には問題ないホテルだと思いますが、吸わない人にはオススメできないかなぁと思いました。
しかし、フロントの方はとても感じ良い男性でした！

非常乾淨的一個酒店，在小街區裏，特別的安靜舒服，管家彬彬有禮，房間比想象大很多，雙人間條件不錯，所以性價比非常高

不能再滿意的酒店。乾淨衞生天天換床單。雖然有點歲月了但是保養得好。能開窗，周圍很多超市居酒屋等等，非常日本。地鐵就在300米的地方。對於體驗東京生活再好不過。酒店竟然還有免費洗面奶和爽膚水，我正好忘帶了。太驚喜了。

2泊利用させて頂きました。
チェックイン前に手荷物を預かって頂き、お部屋まで運んで頂けていて、嬉しかったです。
2日目にお部屋のお掃除なしだと特典でペットボトルのお水1本頂けるとなっていたのに頂けませんでした。
駅からは少し距離があり、キャリーケースでの移動は少し大変でした。
