It is about ５ minutes walk from Musashi Kosugi station, but it is in the back place. It may be quite difficult to understand how to go to Musashi Kosugi station for the first time. It is good to feel quiet. There is also a parking lot. The oldness is undeniable. The walls are thin and the toilet bus is honestly small. There is a wireless LAN, but no security is only uneasy. The restaurant is a bad thing. As an old good hotel, I feel better if I have a little more features.

The location is very close to several university dormitory, the railway station is within ten minutes walk, the front desk staff understand English and courteous, can help if you don't understand Japanese, there is a convenience store downstairs very convenient

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

However, the entire Mizonoguchi station has many shopping malls, clothing stores, restaurants, and supermarkets (recommended nearby supermarkets). So I still give it a pretty high rating~

This business trip was Niko Tamagawa, but I stayed at Mizoguchi. The nearest station is Takatsu, but the restaurant felt more in Mizoguchi area. I needed a wired LAN for work and borrowed equipment that could convert radio to wired. It is also kind to say that there is such a thing. The front desk was very good to say kindly.

It is 5 minutes walk from the station, and it is accessible without getting wet even in the rain. 15 minutes by train to Shibuya and 30 minutes including transfer time to Shinjuku. The last train from Shinjuku to Shibuya is over 24:00, so I don't think it will be painful to combine it with sightseeing in Tokyo. In the west, you can eat while watching Mt. Fuji and 30F restaurants depending on the weather and seats. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the guest room because the room I stayed in was on the south side, but if you are in the guest room on the west side, you may be able to spend time watching Mt. Fuji changing its facial expression in the morning, noon, and evening. Even if you couldn't see Mt. Fuji, the view from 28F29F was exceptional. If you are eating around the hotel, it is recommended to check the business hours in advance.

This is by far one of the best affordable business hotels in the vicinity of Haneda Airport ! Taxi is available 24 hours from Keikyu Kamata station. Taxi fare is about 3000 yen to Haneda Airport. Rooms are small and just a bit bigger than semi double beds but internet is stable and high speed and toilet is clean with all required amenities.

７年前から数回利用しているホテルです。「新型コロナ」の外出自粛や、個人的な事情もあって、このところ利用していませんでしたが、今回は「神奈川県民割」が茨城県在住の私でも利用できたので、久しぶりに利用しました。２０１５年に一度投稿していますので、その投稿とダブる点はご勘弁願います。このホテルのイチ押しはなんといっても「高温、低温２種類のサウナ付き浴場」でしょう。もちろん「水風呂」もあります。私にとってはちょっと冷たすぎるってことは前回も書いたな。ビジネスホテルは浴場利用が１７時以降で朝は利用できないところが多いが、ここは１１時～２４時の利用が可能なんで、チェックインしたらすぐに入って、チェックアウト時刻は１２時なんで、チェックアウトする前にも利用できる。こういうビジネスホテルはほとんどないと思います。以前は無料だった駐車料金が￥３００かかるようになったのと、ホテル内の中華レストラン「楽山」で以前はあった「宿泊者１０パーセント割引」がなくなったのは残念です。復活することを期待しているところです。それと、今回の利用で知ったんですが、このホテルは「アパホテル」と提携したようで、「アパ直」からの予約だとアパポイントが付くみたいなことをフロントで言ってました。アパホテルの会員の方は確認した方がいいと思います。
