The worst experience I have ever had. The air conditioning does not work in this heat. I asked the reception and he told me to open the window. The hotel is far from services and in the corner of Kayseri. Very poor Internet, The service is very bad. I wanted to stay for 3 nights, so I canceled the idea and took a second hotel. I do not recommend it at all..

I stayed in this hotel again for two nights. Once again everything was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff in the restaurant and the food were great. Thank you very much. I will always recommend the hotel. !
