"The atmosphere is average, clean, with a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The truly positive aspect, for which it deserves the highest rating, is the staff, who are simply fantastic, incredibly helpful, both during the day and at night. A welcome of this level is rare. Breakfast was also a surprise. The classic Turkish savory fare, with pancakes and omelets made on the spot. We like savory breakfasts, and here in Turkey it's like this...much better than Italian coffee and croissants. Parking and Wi-Fi included. About a 15-minute walk from the bazaar."

"Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the main road, even if it is warmer due to the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view. A slightly sore point is the bathroom, poorly maintained and with smelly drains. Friendly staff but speaks very little English, in the mid-afternoon they brought us some very welcome fruit as a gift. We did not try breakfast. In conclusion I recommend the structure, also for the reasonable price"

"I don't even know which negative experience to talk about. It was beyond terrible. Everything was filthy; we didn't even want to use the bathroom. The bed linens were awful and smelled terrible. The whole place was filled with smoke and the smell of cigarettes. We went as a group of 50 people, and they supposedly gave us three-person rooms, but they were only two-person rooms; we barely managed to stay. They gave thin quilts as blankets to those sleeping on the sofa; they didn't even have proper blankets. They couldn't solve any of our problems. Despite "no smoking" signs everywhere, every apartment smelled of cigarettes. Our friends with asthma were in a bad state. They just said they couldn't do anything and washed their hands of it. We will NEVER, EVER choose them again. If you value yourself, pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer."

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."

Secondly, the facilities were somewhat inferior to those in China. The location was fairly convenient."

"Excellent location, nestled in a quiet, historic (and very atmospheric) district. We had a bit of trouble finding car access, but we managed in the end. The room itself was good and clean, but initially, we were offered a room next to the smoking area. There was a strong, ingrained tobacco smell, and the window couldn't be opened. However, upon request, they changed our room to an identical one with no smell. The breakfast was delicious. The staff member very kindly recommended some hot traditional dishes they could prepare (some were a bit spicy, so it's good to check, but everything was tasty). And a special thanks to Cagkan at the reception for their welcoming attitude and help with all our questions."
