Firstly, the cleanliness was so-so; the washbasin didn't seem to be properly cleaned, with some residue from the previous guest (on the faucet handle). Secondly, the facilities were somewhat inferior to those in China. The location was fairly convenient."

"Excellent location, nestled in a quiet, historic (and very atmospheric) district. We had a bit of trouble finding car access, but we managed in the end. The room itself was good and clean, but initially, we were offered a room next to the smoking area. There was a strong, ingrained tobacco smell, and the window couldn't be opened. However, upon request, they changed our room to an identical one with no smell. The breakfast was delicious. The staff member very kindly recommended some hot traditional dishes they could prepare (some were a bit spicy, so it's good to check, but everything was tasty). And a special thanks to Cagkan at the reception for their welcoming attitude and help with all our questions."

"We stayed just one night at the BÜPA DELUXE HOTEL because we arrived late at night and preferred not to travel further that day/night. The hotel is just 600 meters from the heart of Kayseri (Kayseri Cumhuriyet Meydani) and 7.5 kilometers from ASR Kayseri Airport. It appears to be newly opened this year. Despite arriving at 3 AM, the reception was attentive, making our check-in quick and friendly. The corridors, rooms, and breakfast area in the cellar were all good. Overall, we had a positive experience. It took us a little time to get the AC functioning properly. While the rooms weren't particularly spacious, they were sufficient for three people. Everything appeared to be new and well-maintained. The room featured parquet flooring, -cozy-, and offered ample charging points for your devices. The bathroom was well-kept, though some finishing touches could be improved (this is often the case in Turkey, where quantity sometimes outweighs quality). A standout feature was the underfloor heating and illuminated mirror in the bathroom (a lovely detail)! The breakfast was enjoyable. I felt like we were the only guests. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into arranging everything neatly, and there was a wide variety of options. They were also very polite. Is there a downside? Yes, the location itself isn't very impressive, and the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. However, I still recommend this hotel."

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."

"The rooftop room is indeed quite large, with a large living room, a large bathtub, and an additional small room. The biggest drawback is that the facilities are too old, the air conditioning is not powerful, and there is no desk, making it unsuitable for business trips."

"The place was by the roadside, surrounded by shops selling building materials. It seemed close to the bus station, but it turned out to be quite far, so I had to take a taxi. I had arranged with the staff to arrange a taxi to take me to the airport in the morning, but they probably forgot. I had to ask a staff member on duty to call a taxi for me. Luckily, I didn't miss my flight. The taxi fare to the airport was 400 lira."
