"The room was great! Very close to the airport, and the service was great! Especially the mattress! So comfortable! It was the most comfortable mattress I've ever had on a business trip! A little firm, but soft enough! Super comfortable!"

"I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite."

"My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants.
Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Service - staff were friendly
Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt

"I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. The hotel is full of skiers. When I come back at night, there is a big shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient for eating and playing.
In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours).
Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry.

"Room was nice enough though the bathroom smelt appalling, and the phone in the room didn't work so had to have two technicians spend some time trying to fix it, they eventually had to replace the phone which meant I waited about 30mins before I was able to order room service. Breakfast was decent and didn't stay long enough to use the pool or spa facilities which is a massive shame as that was the biggest appeal for me. I didn't leave the hotel during my stay as I atriv3d late and only stayed one night."

"Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service.
Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet."

GGuest UserOn the day of settlement we were met, fed and placed perfectly, although we were settled later on the standard time (previously warned of late settlement by email). On the day of departure , when we returned at 12:30 to the hotel for suitcases (exile at 12:00, the room we released in advance and left the suitcases at the door in the room), the suitcases were just standing on the street and on the street in winter, there was no security. The room is authentic, big, warm, corresponds to the photo of the hotel, there are all necessary ingredients, including a good fan, but not clean enough, there is a foreign smell (may have trashed ants, but unresultably), a lot of ants, For convenience, the score was taken as winter, and the door of the room goes straight to the street, i.e. to the respiratory and to the restaurant. TTINGTINGThis hotel is tentatively scheduled, because it can fly for a hot air balloon, stay one night, and fly back to Istanbul the next morning, but the price of this hotel is very good. First of all, the hotel front desk is very good, we drive In the past, I ran out to take us to the parking. I have to say that Kayseri’s single line is also very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!

Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler.
Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti.
1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı.
Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik.
Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil.
Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum.
Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum.
Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum.

OOsman Beyaztas2nd time I visit this hotel. Overal ok hotel to stay, but I notice that the rooms aren't maintained not that well. That's a putty, since last year it was a great hotel to stay and now it's OK ish... Hope next year it will be better and not worse.

GGuest UserEverything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

MMustafaThe gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

BBarryThis hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

CChaigwenlatteMy friend and I loved this hotel. We loved the staff and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is not a tourist center so we got a real slice of life while there. We made many friends in the neighborhood at restaurants, and shops. I will truly miss the friends I made in this neighborhood.
