Prime Inn City

We've been to Kayseri five times now, staying in different hotels and apartments, so we have something to compare. Hotels in Kayseri are all fine, including international chain hotels; local hotels are a matter of luck. Regarding these apartments: clean, no cigarette smoke, always available parking, internet (it was a bit slow in the evenings from 9am to 10am or 11am), all the dishes are there, the water pressure is good, it's warm, the mattresses are decent, and the A101 is 30 meters from the entrance. There's a liquor store next door on the main street, but it's often closed, maybe due to religious holidays; I didn't know. Migros always sold everything, and on the way to Erciyes, if you're heading to Davel, there's an amazing liquor store in a cave in the last village; it was always open and had a huge selection. There are two roads to Erciyes: the main one to Davel and the second one to Hasilar via Hasilar. Both roads have minimal traffic lights, so you can get there quickly. Hasilar is closer and quicker, and there are no serpentine roads. From Talas, where we stayed last time, half the way is goat trails. Across the road is a Holiday Inn, with a BIG CHEF (a rather pretentious Turkish chain) on the ground floor, and a hotel restaurant on the top floor, which you can also access with a view of Erciyes in good weather. There are plenty of shawarma and other fast food options nearby. The Forum shopping center is a short drive away. The local Kremlin is a 7-10-minute walk away. This is an excellent value for money option in Kayseri. There were three of us in a two-bedroom suite. If you have two adults and a small child (up to 165 cm), you can get a one-bedroom apartment; a child will fit on the sofa bed. We don't know if they provide linens for the sofa bed. We left our skis in the car, and dried our boots on the radiators in the apartment, and everything dried out. The only downside is that at 9am they start cleaning the vacated rooms, they do it as loudly as possible, they make noise incessantly and move furniture, but everything else is excellent.

Excellent apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Literally 5 minutes from the central square. Conveniently, there's a washing machine. The room is clean, smoke-free, and check-in was quick. There's always somewhere to eat nearby, even at night.

Hotel without air conditioning, it has a fan with a timer. It was very hot in the room, we left at 2 a.m.

After visiting the small town of Goreme, go to Kayseri Airport to fly to Antalya. On the way, stay in the city of Kayseri for one night. By the way, visit the city of Kayseri. There are very few tourists with oriental faces. Not many locals speak English. The room in this serviced apartment is very spacious, the facilities are very new, clean and hygienic, there is a small shop selling Turkish barbecue downstairs, although the language is not fluent, but it is very welcoming. Unforgettable travel memories.
