Location is fine. It was easy to find and was a convenient stopping spot for our trip, otherwise there's nothing remarkable about Nebraska. Service is what you expect at a cheap hotel. Most of the room was clean, but there was a weird stain in the bathtub. They were definitely accommodating for pets though so that's a plus.

There’s was 5 bags of trash by the pop machine and smelled so bad.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No one told us that everything was under construction. When we questioned why the pool wasn’t heated or that the bar was closed down or why wasn’t there any breakfast? All they would claim was “we’re under construction”. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Multiple keys wouldn’t work and when we requested to move to a room closer to the pool after we already paid for a suite there was no refund of any sort. All the side doors opened right up and let you into the building with zero security. My kids were so excited about the pool till they went to get in and couldn’t stand the cold water. We checked it and yes it was way too cold to get in. Everything we saw was run down/broken or had been sitting there for far too long. It was a situation of just sleep and get out since most hotels were already booked for the night. We all agreed that if the health department came in they would shut them down. There was a notice (not where you check in) that the health department had shut down the pool/spa and workout area due to violations of codes. When we asked why we were not told about all of these issues the front desk guy shrugged and said “we’re under construction”.

Clean, bit run down, bed comfy, pool was freezing couldnt use. Has great potential to be brought back to its glory days!!! Beautiful wood work thru out, pool area is amazing just not usable due to freezing water. Great for a cheaper over night stay, will stay again.
